Wisefab's pro-level front angle kit for the F-chassis BMW family, good for 65 degrees of lock with parallel steering. It works with the factory F-Series electric rack, and it also includes the hardware to mount an E9X hydraulic rack in the F-Series subframe, a swap many drivers make. M and non-M front coilovers both work with the Wisefab knuckles, and brackets for M brake calipers are included.

Before you order
- Coilovers are assumed for clearance. Ride height is designed around roughly 80 mm from the front subframe to the ground.
- Minimum wheel diameter 17 in, recommended backspacing about 135 mm (7 in ET45, 8 in ET35, 9 in ET20). Tires up to 635 mm (for example 225/45R17 or 225/40R18) clear the inner wheel wells without trimming; wider fenders or flares may be needed depending on wheel width and offset.
- The E9X rack option takes an E90 hydraulic rack, LHD or RHD. Wisefab's conversion manual involves cutting and welding the front subframe; electric and active-steering racks cannot be used or need further work.
- Wisefab lists chassis codes only and does not mention xDrive (AWD) cars; ask us before ordering for an xDrive car
Highlights
- 65 degrees of lock, parallel steering
- Ackermann can be moved toward positive or negative in a few minutes, even trackside, without upsetting the alignment (adjustment hardware included); adjustable lock stop
- One-piece lower control arm replaces the factory links for stiffness and packaging at full lock, with easy caster adjustment
- Dropped joints on the knuckle raise the front roll center on a lowered car, adding roll stiffness so the front sway bar can come off
- Camber and bump steer stay well controlled across the steering range, which matters more on a drift car than static settings. Revised geometry keeps steering jacking in check at big angle, and self-aligning torque stays consistent so the wheel keeps returning instead of hanging at full lock
- All metal parts, including sheet metal, tubes, tube ends and rod end housings, are high-strength steel; factory ABS sensor can be used
- Wisefab's recommended alignment: camber -4.5 +/-0.5 degrees, caster 6 +/-0.5 degrees, toe 2 mm out with zero or negative Ackermann, 0 with positive
