Wisefab Front Drift Angle Lock Kit, Ford Mustang S550 (WF550)

Wisefab's front angle kit for the S550 Mustang adds steering angle, car control and pro-level quality for competition drivers and enthusiasts. It is designed around the factory S550 rack, and Wisefab offers rack conversions to the S197 hydraulic rack (WF559) or a BMW E90 rack (WF5591) for more precise steering.

Before you order

• Wheel bearing: S550 Magneride or Shelby bolt-on front bearing, FR3Z-1104-F (GT350/Magneride) or FR3Z-1109-A (GT500, extra-long studs). Nissan 370Z front bearings also fit with the supplied kit, but then the wheel speed sensor will not work.
• Wheel speed sensors: Magneride or Shelby sensors JR3Z-2C205-B and JR3Z-2C204-B, with the supplied spacer. Brakes: S550 Mustang front brakes.
• Coilovers are assumed for clearance and ride height. Minimum wheel diameter 17 in, and some 17 in wheels may not fit. Wider fenders or flares may be needed.
• Front track is 80 mm wider per side than stock.

• Dropped joints on the knuckle raise the front roll center on a lowered car, adding roll stiffness so the front sway bar can come off
• Camber and bump steer stay well controlled across the steering range, which matters more on a drift car than static settings. Revised geometry keeps steering jacking in check at big angle, and self-aligning torque stays consistent so the wheel keeps returning instead of hanging at full lock
• Wisefab's recommended alignment: camber -4 degrees, caster 6 degrees, toe 2 mm out with zero or negative Ackermann, 0 with positive
