Wisefab Rear Drop Knuckle Suspension Kit, Ford Mustang S550 (WF551)

Wisefab's S550 rear kit reworks the rear kinematics for more mechanical grip, predictable behavior and confidence at the limit. It keeps the tire planted under load, improves traction on throttle and makes transitions smooth and controllable. It is built from high-strength materials and kept light.

Before you order

• Rear track stays the same as stock.
• Works with separate springs or true coilovers. OEM or OEM-style lowering springs are fine; GT350 / GT500-type symmetric springs cannot be used.
• Use non-GT350 / GT500 Mustang wheel bearings, calipers and discs. The factory parking brake cannot be used with this kit.
• Some slight subframe modification is required.
• To run Wisefab axles (WF5519), switch to the Mercedes-Benz W204 wheel bearing 2309810127.

Highlights

• Revised kinematics, not just a dropped knuckle: higher roll center with revised camber gain, anti-squat and bump steer
• Camber adjusts at the track with double adjusters on the top links
• Bump steer adjusts by moving the rod end in a slot on the knuckle
• Anti-squat adjusts by changing the front pivot length on the control arm, under 10 minutes trackside
• Grip bracket with several positions to dial in rear grip
• Factory ABS sensor, OE calipers and rotors can be used
• Wisefab's recommended alignment: camber -0.5 degrees, toe 3 to 10 mm toe-in per side
