Link Remote E-Throttle Controller, Drive-by-Wire Module (RET)

The RET adds electronic throttle (drive-by-wire) control to Link ECUs that don't have it onboard. On ECUs that already run an e-throttle, it can control a second throttle for dual-throttle setups.
